Sometimes we need a good, deep conversation – a massage for the mind and spirit that stretches us to…and past…our limits on this journey of self-discovery.

I love those conversations, and after 25 years of studying and pursuing self-discovery, authenticity, and entrepreneurship, I realize just how much they’ve changed (and saved!) my life. My past struggles with stress, self-doubt, and anxiety almost cut my dreams short, but I found a way to overcome and accomplish more than I ever dreamed possible. Now, I want to share what I learned as we work together on YOUR goals and dreams. Let’s draw on your strengths and life experiences as well as my background as a teacher, social work counselor, owner of three businesses (including a publishing imprint), personal growth author, trainer on mindfulness and meditation, and speaker (including TEDx) to figure out what matters to YOU and how to achieve it.

A coaching session with me is a deep, honest, and real conversation about things that matter to you. You don’t have to go it alone. Working with a coach on a weekly or monthly basis can bring big benefits and enhance personal accountability, but there’s no pressure here. We only schedule one session at a time.

Here’s how it works: 

  • Sign up here to schedule a free, 15-minute initial consultation to take place by phone (or Skype/Zoom for international clients)
  • If we’re a good match, I send you a link to schedule a one-hour session (I’m not a fit for everyone, and we’ll need to be honest about that up front)
  • The cost for a one-hour session is $135 (paid at least 24-hours in advance)
  • If you desire future sessions, you can book them in one-hour increments when it’s most convenient for you

Coaching and consulting is not therapy, and I’m not acting as a therapist or medical professional in any way. Instead, it’s a chance to discuss and discover the extraordinary potential of this moment, and your life.
